• He has experience in overseeing financial operations, including month-end closures, accounts payable and receivable, product cost sheets, and investment management.
• His skills extend to risk management, insurance, and implementing internal controls.

It's worth noting that Mr. Prajapati does not hold any shares in Bhagwati Autocast and has no relationship with existing directors or key management personnel of the company.

Company Secretary Resignation

Simultaneously, Ms. Vidisha Rathod has resigned from her position as Whole Time Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. The board has accepted her resignation, which was tendered due to personal reasons. Ms. Rathod's resignation will be effective from the close of business hours on October 3, 2025.

The company has stated that there are no material reasons for the resignation other than those provided in Ms. Rathod's resignation letter. Bhagwati Autocast will complete the necessary formalities regarding her resignation in due course.
