Factory Approvals: The order encompasses factory layout approval, factory license approval, application and obtaining adjudication order, and obtaining narcotics license.

Due Diligence and Advisory Services

NMMC No Dues Certificate: Services include studying property tax assessment records, conducting due diligence of dues paid with relevant records and receipts, furnishing prescribed applications for obtaining property tax no dues certificate from NMMC, and necessary representation work with concerned authorities.

Development Period Advisory: The scope covers detailed study of land records and planning records, understanding gaps between client and MIDC records, conducting technical discussions with officials, and verifying development period of plots with relevant MIDC records.

Related Party Transaction Disclosure

The company has disclosed that this order constitutes a related party transaction, as Anaya Consultancy Services is a sole proprietorship concern of the mother of Dr. Aniket Kadam, who serves as Whole-Time Director and CFO of Techknowgreen Solutions Limited. However, the entity does not form part of the promoter or promoter group.

The transaction has been conducted at arm's length with all necessary approvals obtained from the audit committee, board of directors, and shareholders through postal ballot dated July 5, 2025, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.

On 17th February 2026, Techknowgreen Solutions Limited received accreditation from the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) for its Techknowgreen Research Laboratory 9 (TRL 9). The laboratory has been assessed and accredited in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards for General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories.

Laboratory Location and Scope

The accredited laboratory is located at G A-4, 3rd Floor, Waters Square, New DP Road, Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra, India. The accreditation confirms the laboratory's compliance with applicable international standards and NABL requirements for the approved scope of accreditation.

The certificate remains valid for the Scope of Accreditation as specified in the annexure, subject to continued satisfactory compliance with the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard and relevant NABL requirements.
