Charlie Nelson, formerly President and Chief Operating Officer, has been appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. E. Will Gray II will transition off the Board of Directors to become President of the Permian, focusing on local stakeholder engagement and development initiatives.
Ted Warner has been named President and Chief Financial Officer and appointed to the Board of Directors. In this expanded role, Warner will continue to lead finance and capital markets functions while supporting broader enterprise execution and strategic planning. José Rodriguez has been appointed Chief Operating Officer, bringing extensive experience in hyperscale data center engineering and critical environment operations from his tenure at Microsoft, TikTok, and Amazon Web Services.
Darin Rovell was recently appointed Chief Accounting Officer, leading the accounting organization, financial reporting processes, and internal controls. Rovell brings over 15 years of public-company and consulting experience, most recently at HF Sinclair and At Home Group. His appointment strengthens accounting and controls capacity as Warner assumes expanded responsibilities.
