Poonawalla Fincorp approved the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) up to ₹2000 crore through private placement. The Finance Committee, authorized by the Board of Directors, sanctioned the secured, redeemable, rated, and listed instruments on September 10, 2026.

The total issue size of ₹2000 crore is split across two series, each featuring a base issue and an oversubscription retention option (green shoe). The NCDs carry a face value of ₹1,00,000 each and are proposed for listing on BSE Limited.

The obligations under the debentures are secured by a first-ranking pari passu charge on hypothecated properties sufficient to provide the required security cover.
