Offer Terms and Conditions

The deadline for tendering notes using guaranteed delivery procedures is 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on June 22, 2026. The initial settlement date is expected to be June 18, 2026, while the guaranteed delivery settlement date is expected to be June 23, 2026.
