WeWork India Management Limited shareholders have approved all six resolutions proposed at the company’s 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The final voting results, released on August 25, 2026, confirm that the special resolution to reduce share capital and alter the Memorandum of Association (MoA) received overwhelming support.
