She possesses significant expertise in ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations, stock exchange requirements, and corporate governance practices. Her experience includes conducting Board and General Meetings, handling corporate actions, ESOPs, preferential issues, rights issues, buybacks, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory filings with Stock Exchanges, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, RBI, and other statutory authorities.
