Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem Limited reported a 54.8% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit to ₹159.81 million for the quarter ended 30 June 2026, driven by higher operational income. Total income from operations rose 43% to ₹1,671 million from ₹1,168.64 million in the same period last year. EBITDA stood at ₹323 million, representing an 86% growth year-on-year and a 15% improvement over the previous quarter. Management expects the facility to generate revenue of around ₹300 crores at peak utilization, targeting an asset turnover ratio of 1.2x to 1.5x.

Phase Transfer Catalysts contributed ₹428 million in revenue, a 38% growth quarter-on-quarter and 47% increase year-on-year. Structure Directing Agents reported ₹578 million in revenue, reflecting a 10% growth quarter-on-quarter and a 47% increase year-on-year. Pharma & Agro Intermediates and Specialty Chemicals delivered ₹584 million in revenue, a 63% growth quarter-on-quarter and a 25% growth year-on-year. Electrolyte Salts achieved ₹63 million in revenue, recording a 52% decline sequentially and a growth of 76% year-on-year.
