Suzlon Energy has secured a 201.6 MW wind energy project order from Waaree Forever Energies Private Limited (WFEPL), the Independent Power Producer (IPP) arm of Waaree Group. The project, located in Andhra Pradesh, marks Waaree Group's maiden entry into wind energy and will be executed under the Suzlon DevCo model. Turbine Configuration and Execution

Suzlon will install 64 units of its flagship S144 wind turbine generators, each with a rated capacity of 3.15 MW. This order is Suzlon's second consecutive DevCo-led EPC order, reinforcing the industry's shift towards this model for de-risking project execution.
