Mr. Anil Rander is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, capital markets, business transformation, and corporate governance. He has held senior leadership positions, including Chief Financial Officer roles, at Tech Mahindra, Larsen & Toubro Infotech (LTI), and Inspira Enterprise India Limited. He currently serves as Senior Partner at B2I Platforms Pvt. Ltd., advising promoters, boards, and investors on business transformation, capital raising, M&A, and strategic growth.

The company confirmed that Rander is not debarred from holding the office of director by any SEBI order or other authority. He is also not disqualified from holding the director's office under Section 164 of the Companies Act, 2013. Rander does not have any inter se relationship with the other directors or key managerial personnel of the company.
