Shelter Pharma will participate in the Vishwa Ayurveda Parishad Exhibition in Jaipur on September 17 and 18, 2026. The company secured a stall to showcase its pharmaceutical portfolio.

The event is organized by the Vishwa Ayurveda Parishad in association with the National Institute of Ayurved (NIA), Jaipur. It forms part of a two-day National Ayurveda Workshop themed "Role of Ayurveda in Lifestyle Disorders".

Shelter Pharma has rescheduled its 19th annual general meeting (AGM) to Monday, September 28, 2026. The company previously announced the meeting would take place on Tuesday, September 29, 2026. The notice was issued on September 4, 2026.

The change in date does not affect the remote e-voting window, which remains from September 26, 2026, to September 28, 2026, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Bigshare Services Private Limited continues to provide the e-voting facility.

Director Appointments

The board, which met on September 1, 2026, approved the regularization of Vinita Shivraj Gadhavi as a non-executive independent director for a five-year term. Her appointment, effective from July 31, 2026, is subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. She will not be liable to retire by rotation during her tenure.

Ms. Gadhavi transitions from her role as an additional director to an independent director. Her term runs from July 31, 2026, to July 30, 2031. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee recommended her appointment based on her experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare innovation, and quality systems.

Mrs. Parvezbanu Mohamed Rafiq Idariya retires by rotation under Section 152(6) of the Companies Act, 2013. Being eligible, she offers herself for re-appointment as a director.

AGM Details

The 19th AGM will be held at the registered office in Himmatnagar, Gujarat. The cut-off date for voting eligibility is September 22, 2026. The cut-off date for dispatching notices was August 28, 2026.

M/s. Murtuza Mandorwala & Associates has been appointed as the scrutinizer for the remote e-voting process and ballot papers.

Other Approvals

The board ratified material related-party transactions conducted during FY25-26. It also approved proposed material related-party transactions for FY26-27, subject to shareholder approval under Section 188 of the Companies Act, 2013, and Regulation 23 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.

Additionally, the board approved the Directors’ Report, Management Discussion and Analysis Report (MDAR), and the Annual Report for FY25-26.
