C.E. Info Systems has announced a partnership with ClarityX to launch Geo-Fi, described as India's first comprehensive geo-intelligence stack for lending. The collaboration aims to integrate spatial insights into the lending journey to empower BFSI companies with a comprehensive view of borrower risk and opportunity.

Partnership overview

The collaboration brings together Mappls, the mapping and location intelligence platform operated by C.E. Info Systems, and ClarityX, an AI-driven data analytics company. The product, branded as Geo-Fi, is positioned as the first of its kind in India to combine geographic data with financial intelligence for loan-related applications.

Rohan Verma, Joint Managing Director at MapmyIndia Mappls, stated that the lending process in India has transformed from paper-heavy workflows to digital, data-driven ecosystems. He noted that location context has remained elusive as a source of intelligence. "Geo-Fi is designed to bridge this gap by adding a Geo Intelligence layer for the lending lifecycle in a secure way," Verma said. He added that the platform enables users to make better decisions by integrating into existing systems rather than replacing them.

Rakhi Prasad, Co-Founder of ClarityX, described the product as the convergence of spatial intelligence and lending technology stacks. "Leveraging MapmyIndia’s vast and comprehensive Maps data and Location insights, ClarityX brings together domain expertise, contextual data, advanced analytics and AI to help lenders unlock the intelligence hidden within geography," Prasad said.

What Geo-Fi offers

Geo-Fi is a plug-and-play geo-intelligence stack designed to augment existing lending technology. It integrates seamlessly with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), CRM, and collections platforms via APIs, spatial visualization tools, and SDKs. The platform supports flexible deployment options including on-premises, hybrid, or cloud environments.

The system operates through a continuous AI intelligence loop, powering every stage of the lending journey:

  • Geo-Analyse: Identifies high-potential and underserved markets by combining lender data with geocoding, address intelligence, points of interest (POIs), affluence, demographics, and micro-geography. Metrics include the percentage of pin-codes opened up and new geographies activated.
  • Geo-Check: Strengthens underwriting by transforming unstructured addresses into precise geographic coordinates. It validates address sufficiency and enriches underwriting with granular geo-fenced negative areas. Metrics include the percentage of applications geocoded and Customer Profile Verification (CPV) exception rates.
  • Geo-Collect: Enables intelligent collections through geo-tagged field visits, on-ground feedback capture, delinquency heatmaps, and honeycomb spatial analytics. Metrics include visit success rates and field productivity uplift.
