S&S Power Switchgear Limited has changed its Registrar to an Issue and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) from GNSA Infotech Private Limited to KFin Technologies Limited, effective September 2, 2026.

The company disclosed the change in a filing with stock exchanges on September 3, 2026, citing compliance with Regulation 7 and Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Operational Shift

The transition involves the shifting of RTA connectivity for the company’s equity shares. National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) confirmed the change was scheduled for September 2, 2026, while Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) stated it had effected the change in its system on the same date.

Consequent to the switch, GNSA Infotech ceased acting as the R&T agent for electronic connectivity w.e.f. September 2, 2026. KFin Technologies commenced its role as the new RTA on that date.

Regulatory Status

The company noted that a tripartite agreement between S&S Power Switchgear, GNSA Infotech, and KFin Technologies is currently under process. The company will intimate the completion of this agreement in due course, as required under Regulation 7(4) of the SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015.

How FAST PLATFORM works

FAST automates product procurement and decoration through a software-enabled workflow, allowing distributors to source blanks and decoration together while using their S&S credit line. Orders are managed through a single invoice, with S&S blank goods available through FAST at customers' S&S pricing with a small transparent service fee. This model is designed to reduce costs and simplify fulfillment.

In Canada, the platform will leverage S&S's Canadian inventory and a network of Canadian decorators, with transactions invoiced in Canadian dollars. In the U.S., the integration with HIT Promotional Products' Pro Fill line gives distributors the flexibility to build programs that combine apparel and promotional products.

Technology integrations deepen distributor connectivity

FAST is also becoming more connected to the technology promotional product distributors use to manage their businesses. A new integration between Facilisgroup's Syncore and FAST will connect Syncore users to FAST's print-on-demand production network through Syncore Connect. Through its integration with Chipply, FAST customers will be able to fulfill stores built on the Chipply platform.

S&S Chief Strategy Officer Rob Hamill noted that FAST is designed to provide customers with the opportunity and flexibility to say yes to more orders regardless of decoration technique, order size, capacity, customer type, or geographic need.
