S&S, a tech-forward leader in branded merchandise distribution, has announced the continued expansion of FAST PLATFORM, extending service capabilities into Canada, adding hard goods through HIT Promotional Products, and broadening integrations with Facilisgroup and Chipply.

Acquired by S&S in 2025, FAST PLATFORM is now part of S&S Business Solutions, a suite of tech-enabled services designed to help customers operate more efficiently and grow their businesses. FAST is a software solution that connects promotional product distributors and decorators to a network of nearly 40 North American production partners, all of which are S&S decorator customers. The network supports a range of decoration needs, including print on demand, while creating business opportunities across the S&S customer ecosystem.

Key expansion highlights

The latest expansion covers three distinct areas, each designed to extend the reach and flexibility of the FAST PLATFORM for distributors and decorators.

Expansion area Details
Canada Leverages S&S's Canadian inventory and a network of Canadian decorators; transactions invoiced in Canadian dollars
Hard goods Integration with HIT Promotional Products' Pro Fill line, which has no minimum order quantity; includes drinkware, electronics and stationery
Technology integrations New connections with Facilisgroup's Syncore (360° Promo Platform) via Syncore Connect, and with Chipply for store fulfillment

How FAST PLATFORM works

FAST automates product procurement and decoration through a software-enabled workflow, allowing distributors to source blanks and decoration together while using their S&S credit line. Orders are managed through a single invoice, with S&S blank goods available through FAST at customers' S&S pricing with a small transparent service fee. This model is designed to reduce costs and simplify fulfillment.

In Canada, the platform will leverage S&S's Canadian inventory and a network of Canadian decorators, with transactions invoiced in Canadian dollars. In the U.S., the integration with HIT Promotional Products' Pro Fill line gives distributors the flexibility to build programs that combine apparel and promotional products.

Technology integrations deepen distributor connectivity

FAST is also becoming more connected to the technology promotional product distributors use to manage their businesses. A new integration between Facilisgroup's Syncore and FAST will connect Syncore users to FAST's print-on-demand production network through Syncore Connect. Through its integration with Chipply, FAST customers will be able to fulfill stores built on the Chipply platform.

S&S Chief Strategy Officer Rob Hamill noted that FAST is designed to provide customers with the opportunity and flexibility to say yes to more orders regardless of decoration technique, order size, capacity, customer type, or geographic need.

The expansion reinforces S&S's continued investment in S&S Business Solutions, which combines products, technology, and services to help customers run and grow their businesses. Founded in 1988 and headquartered in Bolingbrook, Illinois, S&S operates with more than 80 brands and an expansive distribution network across North America.
