Located at 2460 Stickney Point Road, the store will serve a high-income coastal market characterized by strong year-round demand from residents and seasonal visitors. The new location is positioned along a high-traffic retail corridor at the intersection of Stickney Point Road and Highway 41, the primary route to Siesta Key.

The Sarasota dispensary spans 2,600 square feet and reflects Planet 13's capital-efficient Florida store model. This approach combines low build-out costs with attractive store-level economics while maintaining the company's premium retail standards. The site also offers flexibility for future merchandising initiatives.
