OTC Markets Group Inc. appointed Thomas Fasano as Senior Vice President, Head of Broker-Dealer Sales on June 15, 2026, to expand its broker-dealer and market maker client base. Fasano joins from Citi, where he held senior roles in equity and options market structure, wholesale market making, and retail order routing. He will manage relationships across OTC Markets' OTC Link® Alternative Trading Systems, including the MOON ATS® and OTC Overnight® platforms.

Cromwell Coulson, President and Chief Executive Officer of OTC Markets Group, emphasized the strategic importance of the hire as the company expands overnight trading access. Coulson stated that Fasano's deep relationships with broker-dealers are critical to the company's growth. Fasano holds FINRA Supervisory licenses (Series 4, 9, 10, 24) and Product licenses (Series 7, 55, 63), and has served on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Security Traders Association of New York (STANY).

Fasano highlighted the need for reliable infrastructure and client-focused partnerships in the broker-dealer community. He noted that OTC Markets operates at the center of how firms access and trade OTC and NMS securities. His appointment aims to leverage his experience to strengthen the company's position in the market.
