Announced on July 14, 2026, the collaboration leverages OneSource's integrated biologics manufacturing capabilities in Bengaluru to support Formycon's biosimilar programs for global markets. This alliance aims to advance global access to cost-effective biologic medicines by combining Formycon's development excellence with OneSource's end-to-end manufacturing expertise.

Under the agreement, OneSource will serve as a strategic manufacturing partner, providing integrated Drug Substance (DS) and Drug Product (DP) capabilities. The partnership aligns with Formycon's FYB4Growth strategy to strengthen supply capabilities through reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient manufacturing. OneSource operates five facilities approved by global regulatory authorities, including the US FDA and EMA, positioning it as a key partner for Formycon's established portfolio and robust pipeline.

The company highlighted that strong demand from its other clients continues to support business continuity, effectively offsetting any disruption that may have arisen from the said delay.
