Mobilise App Lab has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Rakesh Khanduja as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of five years, effective from June 3, 2026, to June 2, 2031. The decision, taken by the Board of Directors on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, is subject to the approval of shareholders by way of a Special Resolution. This move ensures continuity in leadership as the company leverages Mr. Khanduja's extensive industry experience for corporate governance and operational effectiveness.

The re-appointment follows the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The Board has taken on record a declaration from Mr. Khanduja confirming that he meets the criteria of independence prescribed under Section 149(6) of the Companies Act, 2013, and Regulation 16(1)(b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Additionally, the company confirmed that Mr. Khanduja has not been debarred from holding the office of Director by any SEBI order or other authority.

Mr. Rakesh Khanduja holds a Post Diploma in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Electronics and Television Technology from YMCA Institute of Engineering, Faridabad. He possesses over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications sector. His previous tenure includes a long association with Nokia Solutions and Networks India Private Limited from September 2000 to August 2024, where he last served as Head – Solutions, Government Operations.
