The appointment, subject to shareholder approval, was approved by the Board via a Circular Resolution based on the recommendations of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee. Ms. Sankaran brings 25 years of experience in finance and currently serves as the Managing Director of Alstom Global Finance Centres.
Concurrently, Ms. Dipali Sheth ceased to be a Director on the Board effective from the close of business hours on June 17, 2026, upon completing her first term of five consecutive years as an Independent Director. The Board and Management acknowledged her contributions during her tenure.
Reconstitution of Nomination and Remuneration Committee
