Jindal Stainless has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Nasscom to enhance digital capabilities among its workforce through the FutureSkills Prime platform.

Sushil Baveja, Chief Human Resource Officer, noted that the platform facilitates continuous learning at scale while allowing employees to take ownership of their development through flexible, relevant programmes. The initiative includes co-branded certifications featuring logos of MeitY, SSC Nasscom, FutureSkills Prime, and Jindal Stainless for eligible programmes.

This skilling effort complements the company's broader digital transformation initiatives, including its Smart Factory 4.0 programme deployed across Hisar and Jajpur facilities. These operations utilize digital manufacturing platforms and Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS) solutions.

The Jajpur unit received the 'Excellent Energy Efficient Organization' Award, while the Hisar unit was conferred the 'Excellent Energy-Efficient Unit' Award. The ceremony took place in Hyderabad from September 16–18, 2026.
