Forward Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: FWDI) has appointed Michael Ashe, currently Chief Strategy Officer at Galaxy Digital, to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. With nearly six years at Galaxy Digital, Ashe has held key leadership positions, including Head of Strategy & Corporate Development and Head of Investment Banking. His responsibilities have included guiding the firm’s strategic vision and direction. Prior to his tenure at Galaxy Digital, Ashe spent nearly six years as a Director of Investment Banking at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., advising clients from the firm’s New York office. His career began at Citi, where he worked for almost seven years across Equity Capital Markets, Structured Finance, and Strategy & Planning.
