Prior to leading North America, she was president of Global Ventures from 2019, overseeing Costa Coffee and the company’s investment in Monster Beverage Corp. She served as SVP and chief people officer from 2017 until 2019 and was chief of staff for James Quincey from 2015 to 2018.
