This freezing mechanism ensures that designated persons cannot trade in the equity shares of CMR Green Technologies during the specified closure period.

The date of the Board Meeting to approve these results will be intimated to the stock exchanges in due course. The company confirmed that the results in question pertain to the quarter ended September 30, 2026.

CMR Green Technologies will hold analyst and institutional investor group meetings on September 23 and 29, 2026, as part of its regular investor engagement schedule. The company confirmed that no unpublished price-sensitive information will be shared during these sessions.
