Project overview
The collaboration brings together BMC, Godrej Properties, and RC Group to develop the Bayside Promenade along Bandra Bay. The initiative is designed to transform the currently underused land along the bay into a lush, verdant bayfront that enriches the character of the neighbourhood. This development is a key step in BMC's broader vision to shape the area into a premier waterfront district.
First phase highlights
The first phase of the Bayside Promenade development is planned to include three key spaces:
- Bayside walking track
- Bayside garden with sweeping landscaped lawns
- Lifestyle hub combining a pet park, literature zone, and amphitheatre
These elements are intended to enhance the waterfront experience and foster greater community participation in the area. The second phase will introduce a mini golf course set amid lush greens, along with a separate, dedicated activity and sports zone.
