AVT Natural Products reported a sharp improvement in consolidated profitability for the first quarter of FY27, with net profit rising to ₹311 crore compared to ₹121 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year. The company’s top-line growth was equally robust, as revenue climbed to ₹2,412 crore from ₹1,324 crore year-on-year. These figures represent the consolidated results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, approved by the Board of Directors on August 14, 2026.

Operating performance strengthened significantly during the period. Consolidated EBITDA increased to ₹390 crore from ₹149 crore in the prior year. This expansion in operating income was accompanied by a notable improvement in efficiency, with the EBITDA margin widening to 16.2% from 11.2% in the previous year.

What the Numbers Show

The divergence between revenue growth and profit growth highlights improved operational leverage. While revenue grew by approximately 82%, net profit surged by over 156%. This disproportionate rise in bottom-line figures relative to top-line growth suggests that cost structures scaled less than proportionally to sales volume, or that mix shifts favored higher-margin products. The expansion in EBITDA margin by nearly 500 basis points further confirms this operational efficiency gain.

Standalone Results

On a standalone basis, AVT Natural Products reported a net profit of ₹239 crore for the quarter, up from ₹94 crore in the same period last year. Standalone revenue from operations stood at ₹2,308 crore, compared to ₹1,249 crore previously. The standalone EBITDA margin also improved to 16.3% from 9.4% year-on-year.

The unaudited financial results were reviewed by M/s Suri & Co., Chartered Accountants, the statutory auditors of the company. The consolidated results include subsidiaries in the UK, Mexico, USA, and UAE.
