- Phase 1: Kapurbawdi – Kasheli – Dhamankar Naka
- Phase 2: Dhamankar Naka – Bhiwandi – Kalyan APMC
The design-build period specifies a Revenue Operation Date (ROD) for Phase 1 in 108 weeks and for Phase 2 in 200 weeks, with GOA-4 Commissioning scheduled for 217 weeks.
