Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process Update
The Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) of VXL Instruments was commenced pursuant to an order dated November 26, 2024, passed by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench-I, under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. Jayanti Lal Jain was appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional and subsequently as the Resolution Professional to manage the company's affairs.
During the CIRP period, the powers of the Board of Directors were suspended, and the Resolution Professional managed the company's operations. Subsequently, the NCLT approved the Resolution Plan submitted by a consortium comprising NG Organics Private Limited and Nitinbhai Govindbhai Patel on September 9, 2026.
Implementation Stage and Monitoring Committee
Following the approval of the Resolution Plan, the CIRP has concluded, and the company has entered the implementation stage. A Monitoring Committee has been constituted in accordance with the terms of the Approved Resolution Plan. This committee oversees and monitors the implementation of the plan and undertakes specified functions and responsibilities.
The closure of the trading window is mandated by the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
