She also launched a global employee engagement platform to enhance connectivity within the Innovation Hub community.
Executive Background
Prior to her role at Hexagon AB, Hay-Falk held various positions at Swarovski in Liechtenstein. Her career there progressed through Master Data Management, Head of Internal Services, and Compensation & Benefits Manager. She eventually became Head of Compensation & Benefits and a Board Member of the company’s Pension Fund. Additionally, she served as a Global HR Business Partner at Leica Geosystems, working with vertical industry, global sales, and agile R&D organizations.
