Star Imaging and Path Lab Limited board approved the draft notice for its 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 28, 2026. The meeting is scheduled for September 29, 2026, via video conferencing.

The board also approved the Board’s Report and Management Discussion and Analysis for FY26. It took note of the Secretarial Audit Report issued by M/s Sheetal & Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.

AGM and E-Voting Details

The company will hold remote e-voting from September 26 to September 28, 2026. The cut-off date for determining eligibility is September 24, 2026.

M/s Sheetal & Company was appointed as the Scrutinizer to oversee the e-voting process for the 22nd AGM.

Auditor and Director Appointments

The board reappointed M/s Sheetal & Company as the Secretarial Auditor for FY27. Mr Suraj Verma was appointed as the Internal Auditor for the same period.

Additionally, the board recommended the reappointment of Executive Director Ms Neelam Ratra, who retires by rotation at the ensuing AGM.
