John Swann joined SPX Technologies in 2004 and has held various leadership roles, most recently leading the D&M segment. During his career, Swann contributed to scaling the company's businesses into profitable growth platforms, integrating strategic acquisitions, and developing high-performing teams. He will remain with the company through the end of the year to support strategic initiatives and ensure a smooth handover.

Eric Kaled, who joined SPX Technologies in 2019, brings experience from the Transportation and Communications Technologies platforms. His background includes securing large-scale contracts, introducing advanced customer solutions, and enhancing product innovation and operational execution.
