RNIT AI Solutions Limited has secured two work orders from the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh (SBTET A.P.) for the development and implementation of an Automated Examination Management System and an Affiliation Management System. These orders expand the scope of the existing SBTET A.P. Academic Monitoring & Administrative Automation Application (AMAAA) Platform, an integrated E-Governance platform for the higher education ecosystem. The deployment will support the digitization and automation of key academic and administrative workflows, covering approximately 4,00,000 students.

The scope of work includes the implementation and maintenance of the solution on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. The consideration structure is based on charges per student, per semester or year examination, irrespective of the number of papers appearing in such examination. The modules will facilitate end-to-end automation of examination activities and affiliation management, including functions such as institution affiliation, student registration, examination administration, evaluation, and result processing.

The work orders entail post-deployment Operations & Maintenance (O&M) for a period of three years. The Automated Examination Management System order is classified as a Tier-2 order, while the Affiliation Management System order is classified as a Tier-1 order, inclusive of GST as per the company's policy. The orders have been awarded by a domestic entity and do not fall within related party transactions.

The modules will provide functionalities such as secure question paper management, examination centre management, attendance management, affiliation notification management, institution registration, and inspection management. The integrated framework aims to support the end-to-end academic administration of students within the higher technical education ecosystem.
