Revenue from operations surged to ₹27054.15 lakh from ₹16431.47 lakh in FY25. The Board of Directors approved the audited financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, in a meeting held on May 30, 2026, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
For the quarter ended March 31, 2026, the company recorded a net profit of ₹486.54 lakh, a decline from ₹866.22 lakh in the corresponding period of the previous year. Revenue for the quarter stood at ₹6847.04 lakh. Total expenses for the year increased to ₹24868.80 lakh from ₹15080.48 lakh in the prior year, driven by higher costs of materials consumed and employee benefit expenses. The finance cost for the year rose to ₹1008.56 lakh.
The Statutory Auditors, Krishan Rakesh & Co., issued an unqualified audit opinion on the financial results.
