Punjab National Bank has changed its Registrar to an Issue and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) for its equity shares to M/s KFin Technologies Limited, effective July 15, 2026. The transition replaces the previous RTA, M/s Beetal Financial & Computer Services Private Limited, following confirmations received from National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited. This change impacts all stakeholders holding the bank's equity shares, who must now update their records for future correspondence.
The bank intimated the change under Regulation 7 & 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The shifting of RTA connectivity to the new registrar has been completed, as confirmed by letters from the depositories dated July 14 and July 15, 2026. Consequently, Beetal Financial & Computer Services Private Limited ceased acting as the R&T Agent for electronic connectivity from the beginning of business on July 15, 2026.

A tripartite agreement involving the bank, the old RTA, and the new RTA is currently under process. The bank stated that this agreement will be intimated in due course.
