Piramal Finance has received committee approval for the issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) worth up to ₹2,000 crore. The instruments will carry a coupon rate of 8.57% per annum and have a tenure of 3 years and 45 days.

The approval was granted by the Committee of Directors (Administration, Authorisation & Finance) during its meeting held on September 8, 2026. The company is authorised to raise funds through secured, rated, listed, and redeemable NCDs on a private placement basis via an Electronic Book Building (EBP) process.
The issue comprises a base size of ₹500 crore along with an oversubscription option (green shoe) of up to ₹1,500 crore, aggregating to the total approved amount of ₹2,000 crore. Each debenture has a face value of ₹1,00,000.

The debentures are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market (WDM) of the BSE and NSE within three working days from the closing of the issue, with NSE designated as the primary stock exchange. Interest payments are payable annually and on the redemption date.
In the event of default in payment of interest or principal for more than three months, the company will be liable to pay additional interest at 2% per annum over the applicable coupon rate until the default is cured.
