OnMobile Global Limited will hold its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 4.00 p.m. IST via video conferencing. The meeting will be conducted in compliance with circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India. The Notice of the AGM and the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 will be sent only by electronic mode to shareholders whose email addresses are registered with the company or depositories.

Shareholders whose email addresses are not registered will receive a letter providing the web-link and the exact path on the company's website to access the Annual Report and AGM Notice. The documents will also be available on the company's website and stock exchange websites.

Remote e-voting and participation
