The award tally comprises 90 awards for NIIT Learning and 24 awards for SweetRush, an AI-enabled custom learning experience design firm acquired by NIIT Learning in January 2026. The Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards recognize performance across Learning and Development, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, Human Resources, Sales Performance, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and the Future of Work.

Award Breakdown

NIIT Learning’s 90 awards include 28 Gold, 27 Silver, and 35 Bronze recognitions. These were won jointly with clients such as Hitachi Energy, IBM, IQVIA, Medtronic, MetLife, Opella, Qatar Airways, Ricoh, Rio Tinto, ServiceNow, and Shell. The awards also acknowledged NIIT Learning’s own in-house L&D initiatives and AI-powered learning solutions.

SweetRush secured a further 24 awards, comprising 17 Gold and 7 Silver. Its client partners included the American Association of Family Physicians (AAFP), Arcadis, Scrum Alliance, SHRM, and Uber. The recognitions spanned custom learning experience design, leadership development, and workforce transformation.
