To meet infrastructure demand, management raised its 2026 capital expenditure guidance to a range of $20 billion to $25 billion.
Strategic Infrastructure and Contracts
The company has secured significant anchor contracts to validate its enterprise strategy. In September 2025, Nebius announced a multi-year AI infrastructure agreement with Microsoft Corporation with a base contract value of $17.4 billion through 2031, with an option to expand to $19.4 billion. In March 2026, Nebius expanded its partnership with Meta Platforms, securing a five-year deal worth up to $27 billion. The company closed approximately $4.2 billion in gross proceeds from combined equity and convertible note offerings in September 2025.
