MRF Limited has scheduled its Sixty Fifth Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 11.00 A.M. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.

The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹229 per share (2290%) on equity shares of ₹10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This is in addition to the two interim dividends of ₹3 each per share already declared during the year. The total dividend for the year aggregates to ₹235 per share (2350%).

The record date for determining eligibility for the final dividend has been fixed as July 17, 2026. If approved at the AGM, the payment will be made on or after August 17, 2026, subject to tax deduction at source.

Shareholders can participate and vote through remote e-voting from August 1 to August 5, 2026. The facility for joining the AGM via VC/OAVM will be available on a first-come-first-served basis. The remote e-voting period commences on August 1, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. and ends on August 5, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. Members holding shares as on the cut-off date of July 30, 2026, are eligible to vote.
