The contracts comprise two separate Letters of Acceptance for comprehensive CCTV surveillance systems across multiple railway locations.

The first contract involves provision of CCTV cameras at passenger reservation system and unreserved ticketing system counters across 54 stations, covering 64 locations throughout Bikaner Division. This comprehensive project includes supply, installation, commissioning and integration of complete CCTV systems with centralized monitoring rooms at divisional headquarters and station locations.

The second contract focuses on IP-based CCTV systems for remote surveillance of Traction Distribution installations including Switching Posts, Sub Sectioning Posts, Traction Sub Stations, and Depots across Bikaner Division. The project encompasses supply, installation, testing, commissioning and integration of CCTV systems along with associated infrastructure such as Network Video Recorders, storage systems, networking equipment, Uninterruptible Power Supply units and connectivity solutions.
