L&T Technology Services Limited has partnered with Anthropic to accelerate Engineering Intelligence by integrating Claude models across its platforms. The collaboration aims to help enterprise clients transform engineering workflows, accelerate innovation, and unlock new revenue opportunities. By leveraging deep engineering expertise and advanced AI, the partnership seeks to enable faster decision-making and continuous improvement in the design and maintenance of products and industrial systems.

The integration of Claude models will span LTTS' Engineering Intelligence platforms, including AgenticIQ, PlxAI, Ainfonix™, AiNexus, and AiTest. These tools will be utilized across the product and software development lifecycle, covering knowledge management, software development, validation, testing, and lifecycle management. The initiative is designed to improve quality, productivity, and speed to market for clients.

L&T Technology Services successfully concluded the Engineering Intelligence (EI) OpenHack 2026, a 24-hour global innovation challenge aimed at fostering AI-native engineering solutions. The event brought together nearly 4,000 engineers organized into over 770 teams from nine global locations, including Bengaluru, Mysuru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Vadodara, Mumbai, Dallas, and Munich. Participants tackled complex engineering challenges by combining domain expertise with emerging technologies to develop AI-powered solutions across sectors such as industrial automation, cybersecurity, autonomous systems, and healthcare.

The hackathon featured more than 500 challenge statements aligned with the company’s strategic growth priorities. These priorities spanned Software Defined Mobility, Plant Buildout & Modernization, Energy & Automation, Next-Gen Compute & AI Infrastructure, Digital Manufacturing, MedTech, and Software Platforms & AI. The initiative sought to help enterprises reimagine products, operations, and decision-making through contextual understanding and AI prowess.

An esteemed jury comprising senior LTTS leaders and technology experts evaluated the solutions through multiple rounds. Entries were assessed on innovation, technical excellence, scalability, real-world relevance, and effective use of AI. Winning teams were awarded cash prizes worth over INR 30 lakh. Standout innovations received opportunities for further development through Project Equinox, an LTTS platform that supports promising, scalable solutions. Additionally, patent-worthy innovations were shortlisted for special recognition to help transform breakthrough ideas into intellectual property.
