Despite the drop in bottom-line figures, the company’s total income rose by approximately 4.66% to ₹1,057.39 lakh, up from ₹1,010.33 lakh in the prior year.

The reduction in profitability was primarily attributed to an overall increase in operating and other expenses during the year under review. Revenue from operations stood at ₹1,047.22 lakh in FY26, compared to ₹1,007.38 lakh in FY25. Other income saw a significant jump to ₹10.17 lakh from ₹2.95 lakh, largely due to net gains on foreign currency transactions and sundry creditor write-backs.

Financial Performance Overview

The company’s cash position strengthened significantly during the year. Cash and cash equivalents surged to ₹90.68 lakh as of March 31, 2026, from just ₹0.12 lakh at the end of FY25. This improvement was supported by positive operating cash flows of ₹95.16 lakh, reversing the outflow of ₹116.68 lakh recorded in the previous year.

While revenue growth remained modest, the composition of income shifted notably. Other income, which includes non-operating gains such as foreign currency translation benefits and creditor write-backs, contributed ₹10.17 lakh to the top line in FY26. This represents a substantial increase from ₹2.95 lakh in FY25, highlighting a greater reliance on non-core items to offset margin pressure from rising operational costs.

The Board of Directors convened to approve several key resolutions ahead of the 43rd Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 26, 2026.

• Independent Director Appointment: Shareholders are sought to regularise Mrs. Anu Ranka as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term commencing from January 29, 2026.
