How might the appointment of Dr. Deepak Kumar Mohanty influence Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys' strategic direction and corporate governance practices over his five-year term?

What impact will the enhanced commission structure for independent directors have on the company's net profit margins and overall financial performance in FY 2026-27?

Does the slight dissent from institutional investors regarding Dr. Mohanty's appointment signal broader concerns about board composition or independence that could affect future shareholder relations?
