Background and Experience
Before his current role, Hedlund served as Chief Operating Officer of Lincoln Electric and held various leadership positions in operations, strategy, and business development. Prior to joining Lincoln Electric, he was Vice President of Growth and Innovation and Vice President of Strategy and New Business Development at Fortune Brands, Inc. Earlier in his career, he was a principal at the management consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton. Hedlund holds a bachelor's degree and a Master of Business Administration from Dartmouth College.
