Godawari Power & Ispat Limited declared a final dividend of Re.1 per equity share of face value Re.1 each for FY26 during its annual general meeting held on September 19, 2026.
The Godawari Power & Ispat board also approved the standalone and consolidated financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, alongside the reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors.
