Divgi TorqTransfer Systems Limited has secured a strategic order from an existing leading Indian Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to supply All-Wheel Drive (AWD) systems. The company will manufacture Interactive Torque Management (ITM) Assemblies, Electronic Control Units (ECU), and Power Transfer Unit (PTU) Assemblies for the OEM's upcoming AWD variants of mid-sized and full-sized SUV models. This development is significant as it marks the OEM's first Front Wheel Drive based AWD variant development for internal combustion powertrain models, reflecting growing market adoption of advanced AWD technologies.

The program entails an annual supply of approximately 6,000 units of ITM Assemblies, ECUs, and PTU Assemblies for a period of five years. Production is scheduled to commence from Q1 FY28. Divgi TTS will leverage its NexTrac platform, which integrates advanced software-controlled torque management systems, electromagnetic actuation technologies, and precision clutch modulation, to deliver a fully integrated drivetrain solution including hardware and embedded control systems.
