Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the company filed the voting results with BSE on September 26, 2026. The total number of shareholders on the record date, September 18, 2026, was reported as 2,421 in the filing, slightly higher than the previously noted 2,092.
For Resolution 1 (Adoption of Financial Statements), promoters voted 100% in favour via e-voting. Public non-institutional shareholders recorded 89.80% votes in favour and 10.20% against. The resolution passed with 99.92% total votes in favour.
