Tarpit Patni, a seasoned legal leader with over 13 years of experience, joins from Godrej Properties Ltd, where he served as Head Legal – Mumbai Zone. His expertise includes real estate transactional work, compliance, and litigation strategy. He holds a B.A LL.B from Nirma University and a Master’s degree in Law.

Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions with renowned organizations including CapitalLand, Godrej Properties, Puravankara, Colliers International, Knight Frank, Tata Housing, and Pulte Homes (USA).

In his previous role as Vice President & City Head – Bangalore at CapitalLand, he led the end-to-end P&L and asset management for a commercial portfolio of over 9 million sq. ft., comprising 6 million operational and 3 million under construction. He drove strategic growth, leasing, construction, capital projects, and stakeholder management. Prior to this, he served as Project Director at Godrej Properties, where he successfully managed multiple large-scale residential developments with a combined revenue exceeding ₹3,500 crore.

An architect by qualification, Vadhavkar holds a Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGPM) from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad. He also holds a Master's in Architecture (Construction Management) from Virginia Tech, USA, and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Mumbai.
