Revenue from operations for the quarter stood at ₹3,217.92 lakh, compared to ₹2,604.52 lakh in the same period last year, driven entirely by the Aluminium Foil segment.
The company's total income from operations increased to ₹3,248.70 lakh in Q1FY27, up from ₹2,635.02 lakh in the year-ago period. Expenses for the quarter totaled ₹3,121.21 lakh, a slight increase from the ₹2,648.92 lakh recorded in the corresponding three months of the previous year. Profit before exceptional items and tax for the quarter was reported at ₹127.49 lakh, a sharp improvement from the loss of ₹13.90 lakh in Q1FY26.
The Board of Directors approved the unaudited standalone financial results during a meeting held on July 22, 2026. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and are based on the recognition and measurement principles laid down in Indian Accounting Standard 34 (Ind AS 34). M/s. V.
