Aegeus Technologies has confirmed that its 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. The Board approved the schedule on August 27, 2026, and published a newspaper advertisement on September 2, 2026, to notify shareholders of the upcoming event.

The primary agenda item for the meeting is the ratification of Mr. Anil Kapoor’s appointment as a non-executive independent director. His initial appointment as an additional director became effective on July 23, 2026. The Board approved his regularization subject to shareholder approval at this AGM.

Governance and Leadership

Mr. Kapoor brings over 43 years of professional experience to the board. He served in the Indian Army from 1981 to 2020, retiring as Lieutenant General. Post-retirement, he held senior roles at Amity University and the Asset Management Society India (AMSI).

Since 2022, Kapoor has served as a Professor of Practice and Board Member at the Technology Innovation Hub of IIT Tirupati. He also acts as a Strategic Advisor for technology initiatives with various think tanks and venture capital firms since 2023.

The disclosure confirmed that Kapoor is not related to any existing directors and is not debarred from holding office by SEBI or other statutory authorities. His tenure spans five consecutive years, concluding on July 22, 2031.

AGM Logistics

The meeting will address matters for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. It will be conducted via video conferencing or other audio-visual means in compliance with Ministry of Corporate Affairs circulars.

Shareholders can vote electronically through Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL). Remote e-voting begins on Sunday, September 27, 2026, at 10:00 am and concludes on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 5:00 pm.

The cut-off date for determining voting eligibility is September 23, 2026. The BENPOS date for dispatching notices is August 28, 2026. CS Pawan Singh Bisht was appointed as the scrutinizer to oversee the voting process.
