Systematix Securities Confirms Re-appointment of Madhav Inani as Managing Director6 days ago
Systematix Securities Limited announced the re-appointment of Mr. Madhav Inani (DIN: 03370896) as Managing Director following the Annual General Meeting held on September 25, 2025. The meeting lasted 14 minutes, from 2:00 PM to 2:14 PM. Inani, aged 36 with a Bachelor in Commerce degree, was initially re-appointed on August 14, 2025, and the appointment was confirmed by members during the AGM. The company disclosed that Mr. Rajesh Kumar Inani, a Director of the company, is the uncle of Madhav Inani. The company confirmed that Madhav Inani has not been debarred from holding directorial positions by any regulatory authority.
Omkar Mundhra, along with persons acting in concert Sonia Mundhra and Dinesh Mundhra, acquired 8,00,000 shares (16% stake) in Systematix Securities Limited through open market transactions on September 24, 2025. Systematix Securities Reports Loss of Rs 5.55 Crore in Q1 2025, Schedules AGM for September 25Aug 14, 2025
Systematix Securities Ltd reported a net loss of Rs 5.55 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, compared to a loss of Rs 4.89 crore in the same period last year. Revenue from operations declined to Rs 7.57 crore from Rs 7.93 crore year-on-year. Total expenses increased to Rs 13.12 crore from Rs 12.80 crore, driven by higher employee benefit expenses of Rs 4.41 crore and other expenses of Rs 4.15 crore. The company's earnings per share stood at negative Rs 0.11. The Board approved these unaudited financial results and scheduled the 39th Annual General Meeting for September 25, 2025, to be conducted through video conferencing. Mr. Alok Chandak was appointed as scrutinizer for e-voting facilities at the AGM.
